Henley Square Redevelopment
The City of Charles Sturt commissioned a major upgrade of the somewhat ageing Henley Square infrastructure.
The project included demolition of existing pavements and structures, installation of new aggregate pavements, coloured concrete and new lawn areas, construction of a central reflection pool and interactive beach showers, custom furniture and new Ablutions.
Prior to the commencement of construction activities, a Dilapidation Survey was undertaken of the internal and external components of all commercial properties surrounding the square, including the Ramsgate Hotel.
The project also included upgrading the north and south Carparks, necessitating the survey of residential properties facing both Carparks.
