Homecheck Services is owned and operated by Dennis Allison, (Assoc Dip Bldg), a fully qualified and accredited home building inspection consultant with thirty seven years experience in the South Australian housing industry.

Dennis Allison - General Manager Dennis holds an Associate Diploma in Building and has been associated with the Building and Housing Industry since 1971 working in both the public and private sectors.

Dennis has a background in Quantity Surveying and worked with the development of the states new and refurbished hospitals and health infrastructure.

Homecheck Services was established in 1995 and provides building inspections for both residential and commercial properties.

Dennis is active in pursuing continual professional development and is a current member of the Association of Building Consultants, the Housing Industry Association and the Timber Development Association.

He views general home care and maintenance as an integral part of purchasing a property and offers basic education and information to clients as part of the inspection process.
