Prior to the commencement of construction of the new multi-storey residential building, all internal and external components of the existing Brighton Dunes Stage 1 building on the western end of Repton Road, Somerton Park were surveyed.

Also surveyed were the adjoining residential properties on Repton Road and the Somerton Surf Life Saving Club.
